Welcome to the Official Long Beach Tweetup site.
For those of you who don’t know, a “tweetup” is a real world meeting between two or more people who know each other through the online Twitter service.
Since there are so many diverse and overlapping groups in LB who use Twitter, a few of us thought it would be great to get-together (and yes, kinda stole the idea from the San Diego group).
Long Beach is different though. We have the “uber-group” for monthly tweeetups. Vote in the poll each month to help pick the location! And we are in the process of building smaller, interest based tweetups.

Just come to one of the tweetups. On twitter the hashtag is #lbctweetup
I need a “Follow this Blog” button for simplicity…
Well, on this one it ‘s the “Posts” link under feeds at the top of the page. I’ll look for a Google Friends button for WordPress.
